  • E-commerce integrations with Shopify and Shoppy.gg
  • Personalized dashboard with RSS feeds and countdown timers
  • Subscription analytics and budget tracking
  • User profile management and authentication services

2. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect and process the following data to provide our services:

  • User account credentials (email, hashed password)
  • Subscription service information and access credentials
  • Payment processing information through secure third-party providers
  • Dashboard preferences and RSS feed selections
  • Usage metrics to improve platform experience

3. User Obligations

By using ALL ACCESS HUB, users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information for account registration
  • Maintain security of account credentials and subscription information
  • Use the platform for legitimate subscription management purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform's infrastructure
  • Respect the terms of service for subscription services managed through our platform

4. Platform Rights

ALL ACCESS HUB reserves the right to:

  • Modify or terminate services with reasonable notice
  • Remove accounts that violate our terms or engage in suspicious activity
  • Update platform features and subscription integration capabilities
  • Use anonymized data for platform improvements and analytics
  • Verify user identity and subscription authenticity when necessary

5. Subscription & Payments

Terms regarding platform access and billing:

  • ALL ACCESS HUB subscription fees are billed according to selected plan
  • We do not store full payment details; transactions are processed through secure third-party providers
  • Refunds are processed according to our 30-day refund policy
  • Subscription management services may be limited if account payment is overdue
  • Pricing updates will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

6. E-Commerce Integration

Terms regarding our e-commerce integration with Shopify and Shoppy.gg:

  • ALL ACCESS HUB facilitates transactions but is not responsible for third-party merchant services
  • Integration with Shopify and Shoppy.gg follows their respective APIs and service agreements
  • Users must comply with the terms of service for integrated e-commerce platforms
  • We do not guarantee continuous availability of all integration features
  • Transaction disputes should be directed to the relevant merchant or payment processor

7. Dashboard & Community Features

Terms regarding our dashboard and community features:

  • RSS feed content is provided by third parties and is not controlled by ALL ACCESS HUB
  • Countdown timers and event tracking features are provided for convenience only
  • User-generated content must comply with our community guidelines
  • We reserve the right to modify dashboard features and capacity
  • ALL ACCESS HUB is not responsible for the accuracy of news feeds or event information
